Chris Rogers, Executive Vice President of Commercial Initiatives at Phlow™, is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of healthcare experience. He has a passion for being guided by customer insight, building greatness across teams, and a long history of identifying and achieving stretch growth initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Prior to joining Phlow™, Chris led McKesson Brands, a $1B+ private label medical supplies program for McKesson Medical-Surgical, a market leading distributor of medical surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, lab tests and equipment. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chris and his team collaborated with industry leaders to address the shortage of personal protective equipment and other medical supplies in the United States by developing new supplier relationships, diversifying sourcing geographies, and introducing new alternative products to market. Chris also previously served as Vice President for McKesson Medical-Surgical’s pharmaceutical program which focused on sourcing and distribution of vaccines, sterile injectables, and anesthesia for physician office and long-term care facilities. In addition to his years with McKesson, Chris has extensive entrepreneurial, start-up experience in the health care arena. He earned a Masters of Business Administration at Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.A. in International Relations at the University of Virginia.
