Juan Piacquadio
Chief Information Officer
Juan Piacquadio is a transformational Chief Information Officer with more than 20 years of global leadership experience delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation, innovation, and operational excellence across healthcare, manufacturing, energy, technology, and financial services. Throughout his career, he has led technology organizations and large-scale transformation initiatives across the United States, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America, holding leadership roles at Siemens, NEC, HP, NCR, St. Jude Medical, and Skanska.
As Chief Information Officer at Phlow Corp., Juan leads the development and execution of advanced digital and operational technology ecosystems that support the company’s mission to strengthen domestic pharmaceutical manufacturing. His work leverages Industry 4.0 capabilities—including artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, predictive analytics, and advanced data platforms—to optimize operations, enhance supply chain resilience, and drive sustainable competitive advantage. Under his leadership, high-impact teams deliver scalable digital solutions that accelerate business growth, strengthen cybersecurity posture, and improve operational performance across the enterprise.
Juan also contributes to the broader technology community. He serves as a member of the Advisory Board at Cystel, a UK-based cybersecurity and quantum computing company, and previously served on the Executive Advisory Board of the Center for Organizational Research and the Consortium of Data Analytics at the University of Phoenix. In addition, he is an adjunct faculty member at California Baptist University, and Colorado Christian University, where he teaches courses in technology leadership, big data, and digital transformation.
A recognized industry thought leader and keynote speaker on Industry 4.0, enterprise agility, data-driven innovation, and cybersecurity, Juan has been named among the Top 25 Healthcare Technology Leaders of Virginia (2023) by The Healthcare Technology Report and was selected as a 2025 ORBIE CapitalCIO Award Finalist.
Juan holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Liverpool, an MBA from the University of La Verne, and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Azusa Pacific University.
Originally from Argentina, Juan is a proud U.S. citizen and holds American, Italian, and Argentine passports. He speaks English, Spanish, and German, and outside of his professional work he enjoys football (soccer), martial arts, and sport shooting.
