Phlow was founded to help close a critical gap in America’s ability to respond to public health emergencies by securing access to essential medicines, medical countermeasures, and their ingredients for Americans and our armed forces.

We’ve built and operate state-of-the-art facilities on U.S. soil. Our infrastructure supports the full spectrum of small molecule API manufacturing, from early-stage development and commercial-scale production to the storage of critical APIs for quick conversion through our Strategic Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Reserve (SAPIR®) program. This infrastructure was built well in advance of its time, ready now to build the resilience America’s medicine supply depends on.

To date, Phlow has delivered more than 2 million doses of essential medicines to the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), directly supporting our Nation’s emergency response readiness.
