Dawn Von Rohr

Dawn Von Rohr serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Phlow, where she leads the company’s operations, manufacturing execution, and strategic growth initiatives. In this role, she is responsible for scaling Phlow’s advanced pharmaceutical development and manufacturing platform to strengthen domestic production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in the U.S.

Dawn brings more than 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, global supply chain operations, and operational leadership across the life sciences industry. She has a proven track record of building and scaling complex manufacturing organizations, driving operational excellence, and delivering sustained growth across global pharmaceutical businesses.

Most recently, Dawn served as President of the Life Sciences Division at Pace Life Sciences, where she led a network of nine facilities supporting pharmaceutical customers through analytical services, formulation development, and manufacturing support.

Prior to Pace, Dawn held senior leadership roles at Curia Global, including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Head of Global API Operations. In this role, she led a global API business spanning multiple manufacturing sites across the U.S., Europe, and India.

Earlier in her career, Dawn spent more than two decades at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, where she served as Vice President and General Manager of Global APIs. She led a global API business operating in multiple countries, with deep experience in scaling manufacturing operations, optimizing supply chains, and leading large capital investment programs.

Dawn holds a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis – Olin Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University.
